Project Planner
Project Planner is a project management software that allows you to plan your projects, manage tasks and collaborate with team members.
- Project planning: You can create a project using this tool, then assign tasks to team members and track progress as each phase progresses.
- Tasks: You can add multiple tasks at once or choose from pre-made templates or use their own custom design with drag-and-drop functionality.
- Collaboration: With the built-in chat feature, you’ll be able to communicate directly with other users while they work on their own projects too—allowing everyone involved in the conversation access all information at once!
Basecamp
Basecamp is a project management software for small teams. It’s an easy-to-use tool for managing projects, collaborating with your team, getting things done and communicating with clients.
Basecamp has two main versions: the free version (which is what we’ll cover here), and paid versions that include extra features such as instant messaging or integrations with other services like Slack or Trello.
You can also use Basecamp on mobile devices if you have an app installed that supports its features (we recommend Google Drive). If you don’t want to pay anything at all but still want access to all of the basic functionality then check out their browser-based client!
Trello
Trello is a great project management tool. It’s a task management tool, collaboration tool and kanban board all in one. Trello allows you to quickly organize your tasks into lists based on the type of task (e.g., Create Project Plan) or who it belongs to (e.g., My team). You can also attach files and links in each card so that everyone has access to them at all times without having to go through a lengthy email chain process just for sharing one item from another person’s list with them.
Trello is free for teams up to 20 users per board but there are paid plans available if you need more features like analytics reports or support from their team members around the world
Asana
Asana boasts a host of features that help you manage your projects and team members, including:
- Create and assign tasks to team members.
- Track progress on projects, set due dates for tasks, and set reminders about upcoming deadlines.
- Share with others by email or text message (with the ability to respond from inside the app). You can also add files from Dropbox or Google Drive directly into Asana folders—a great way to keep all your documents in one place!
You’ll also find templates available for many common business processes such as project management or time sheet tracking; these templates can be easily added into existing workflows within Asana so they’re easy for everyone on your team to use.
